Sadie completed her training at St George’s Hospital Medical School in London in 1996 then chose to relocate to Lincolnshire for her GP vocational training, working at Lincoln County Hospital and a practice near Lincoln. In 2002 she joined Brant Road Surgery as a partner where she continues to work now.
In 2015 she was instrumental in the set up and leadership of South Lincoln Healthcare GP Federation, and became joint Clinical Director when the same group of practices formed South Lincoln Healthcare PCN in 2019.
She is also Frailty Clinical Lead for Lincolnshire.
Dr Jago Ridout is a GP Partner in Washingborough Family Practice close to Lincoln. He has worked there as a GP Trainer since 2013 after moving from South West London where he had been a Partner for 7 years. He has established Washingborough as a Training Practice since his arrival.
Using his training experience, he works closely with the PCN ARRS team as Clinical Supervisor
Juliet Brewer is the Practice Manager at Bassingham Surgery, having joined the practice in 2010. With extensive experience in primary care management, Juliet oversees the day-to-day running of the practice and is passionate about delivering high-quality services for patients whilst supporting the development and wellbeing of staff. Juliet became a Director of South Lincoln Healthcare (SLH) in December 2019 and is the organisation's HR Lead.
Juliet lives with her fiancé, Mark, and their lively cocker spaniel, Dotty, who brings plenty of energy and entertainment to family life. She is mum to three sons, George, Charlie and Will, and is also a proud grandma to Phoebe.
Outside of work, Juliet enjoys spending time in her garden and tending to her vegetable patch. She finds great satisfaction in growing her own produce and believes there is something incredibly rewarding about enjoying the results of your hard work. In fact, she often jokes that gardening should be available on prescription for its benefits to wellbeing and mental health!
Michelle is the Practice Manager at Washingborough Family Practice. She joined the Practice in 2009 as a Receptionist and has done various roles such as Administrator and Deputy Manager before becoming Practice Manager in 2015.
Michelle completed her IGPM accreditation in 2023 and became a Director for SLH in January 2024.
Michelle lives with her husband John and their 2 dogs, Tilly & Pippa.
She enjoys relaxing at home with the dogs and holidays to the coast (yes, the dogs go too 😊)
Ozzy is the Practice Manager at The Heath Surgery in Bracebridge Heath, where he joined the team in 2018. Originally from East London, Ozzy has called Lincolnshire home since 1992. He embarked on his NHS journey in 2005, working in various corporate roles within Lincolnshire NHS Trusts.
Ozzy completed his IGPM Accreditation in 2023 and became a Director for South Lincoln Healthcare in 2024.
He finds satisfaction in projects and tasks, from start to finish. Whether it's initiating a new patient service or tackling DIY projects, Ozzy revels in seeing meticulously laid plans come to fruition.
Ozzy lives with his wife and daughter, finding joy in his daughters’ laughter.
Outside of work, Ozzy unwinds by indulging in cooking, finding solace in the kitchen. He is also an avid enthusiast of Formula 1 and Boxing.
Among his cherished pastimes is restoring classic cars, a passion he has nurtured for a number of years. Although his vintage VW may appear weathered, the process proves therapeutic, contributing positively to his mental well-being.
